Following documents must be enclosed along with admission form:-
1. Photostat copy of Marks sheet of qualified examination passed.
2. Original Transfer Certificate.
3. Original Character Certificate.
4. Photostat copy of caste Certificate [Only for SC/ST/OBC candidates.]
5. Photostat copy of Medical Certificate [only for physically disabled candidates]
6. NOC from employer.
7. Oath memo for educational gap.
8. Declaration form for regular attendance.
9. Students belonging to other universities have to submit enrollment & eligibility forms along with admission form and must submit original migration certificate, original marks sheet of qualified examination passed and attested Photostat copy of secondary/higher secondary examination.
